The WCSC Developmental Preschool program provides special education and related services at no cost for children ages 3-5 with identified special needs who reside in Warrick County. Eligibility for early childhood special education services is determined by our Early Childhood Assessment Team using a multidisciplinary approach. After completion of an evaluation and qualification as a student with a disability, students may receive services including, but not limited to: Special Educational Classroom support, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech/Language Therapy.

If a student qualifies for the Developmental Preschool classroom, they may receive up to the following amount of days of services. These may change based on availability and number of students.
3-4 year olds: 8 - 10:30 Monday - Thursday
4-5 year olds a year from Kindergarten: 12 - 2:30 Monday - Friday |
