Meals To-Go Sign-Up

The SUN Meals Program will be available at Chandler Elementary ONLY. For the first time in over 20 years, this program will only be available to students attending summer enrichment programs at Chandler. The SUN Meals Program will be closed to the community (walk-ins are no longer allowed).

Cost (per IDOE)
- iRead Students:  Students will be charged according to their school year Paid/Free/Reduced meal assistance status.
- Level Up/K-Camp:  Students will receive FREE breakfast and lunch daily. 

Location: Chandler Elementary Schools
Dates: May 26th - June 19th  

• Hot breakfast and lunch meals will be served 5 days/week, Monday-Friday.
• Breakfast will be served from 8:00am-8:30am.  Lunch will be served from 11:00am-11:30am.
• Staff meals are available for purchase:  Breakfast $2.75, Lunch $4.05
• If your child receives meals at Chandler, you may not participate in the SUN Meals To-Go program during that time.  You may register for SUN Meals To-Go if your child is NOT receiving meals at Chandler or once their specific Chandler program has completed on June 5^th (iRead) or June 19^th (Level Up or K-Camp).

The SUN Meals To-Go program is available for ANYONE AGE 18 AND YOUNGER, regardless of income or WCSC school attended. This program is now ONLY open for Warrick County residents. Sign ups will be emailed to all WCSC Families and posted to our website each Thursday morning beginning on May 28th.

The SUN Meals To-Go Program will be available at two locations

Location: Boonville Middle School (Wednesdays 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm & Thursdays 9:00am – 10:30am)
Dates: June 3^rd & 4^th, June 10^th & 11^th, June 17^th & 18^th, June 24^th & 25^th, July 1^st & 2^nd, July 8^th & 9^th, July 15^th & 16^th, July 22^nd & 23^rd 

Location: Lynnville Elementary (Wednesdays 11:00 am – 1:00 pm)
Dates: June 3^rd, June 10^th, June 17^th, June 24^th, July 1^st, July 8^th, July 15^th, July 22^nd  

• This program provides a “Grab n Go” type meal service.
• Meal pick-ups will be at the above locations & times from June 3^rd - July 24^th: 
• Sign ups are required each week to receive the “Meal Kit”.
  • New Sign Up Process
    • Sign-ups will be completed through Ticket Tailor.  Once registered, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent to the parent/guardian.  This QR code will be used to verify meal pickup and will be scanned at the time of pickup.  You may present the QR code on your phone or bring a printed copy.
• - Each meal kit includes 5 breakfast & 5 lunches (heat & serve at home).
• - 1 child = 1 kit
• - Sign ups are on a first come, first serve basis and will close once we reach our max capacity of 17,500 meals (1750 meal kits) weekly. 

Sign ups will open May 28, 2026. A link to sign up will be emailed to WCSC parents, available on the WCSC Food & Nutrition webpage and posted to the Warrick County School Corp Food & Nutrition Dept Facebook page.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: You may only participate in one USDA funded meal program at a time.  Therefore, if your child participates in the SUN Meals program at Chandler, they may not also participate in the SUN Meals To-Go program.  You may register for SUN Meals To-Go if your child is NOT receiving meals at Chandler or once their specific Chandler program has completed on June 5^th (iRead) or June 19^th (Level Up or K-Camp).
